EMMI IIDA IS A MULTIDISCIPLINARY ARTIST, AUTHOR, MUSICIAN, AND THE CREATOR OF THE EFG METHOD — A TRANSFORMATIONAL APPROACH TO SPACE AND ENERGY ALIGNMENT FOR CREATIVE EXPANSION.
Her work lives at the intersection of abstract visual art, music, design, and soul-led self-expression. Through everything she creates, Emmi’s mission is to awaken beauty, flow, and inner power — both within and around us.
As a recording artist, her debut album THE EYE and singles Trinity, Higher Self, and Blooming have received international acclaim, aired on BBC6, MTV Finland, and featured in Notion, Earmilk, Wonderland, and Clash. In August 2025, she released Tell Me (Tobias Bergson Remix), a collaboration with the prolific melodic house producer Tobias Bergson, who has over 180 million streams and releases on Armada and Universal Music Austria. The remix blends Emmi’s ethereal vocals with Tobias’s driving progressive house style, earning placements on major Spotify editorial playlists and widespread international attention.
As a visual artist, Emmi’s abstract works have been exhibited across Europe and the U.S., from Uxval Gochez Gallery in Barcelona and RAW Artists in NYC to curated installations in Helsinki’s most iconic concept spaces, including Balmuir, Relove, and Marski Hotel. Her originals are available via EFG Atelier, and selected high-end pieces are represented on 1stDibs, the leading global marketplace for collectible design and fine art.
Before art, Emmi began her career as a model — signing with Fondi Models, Ford Models, Paparazzi, and Urban Milan after winning a Specsavers modeling competition at 18. She’s graced the covers of Me Naiset, Ilta-Sanomat, FIT and Sport, and fronted campaigns for lifestyle and beauty brands such as Finnair, Luhta, and Dermosil.
Her written work explores energy, space, creativity, and becoming. Her book EXPAND — a poetic guide to unlocking creative freedom and living in alignment — is now available globally on Amazon in both Kindle and paperback editions. Alongside it, her newly released e-book THE EFG METHOD — Align Your Space, Expand Your Life is now available exclusively at efg.center.
In June 2025, Emmi launched the GLOW ERA podcast with Eva Estlander — a soulful and inspiring conversation series exploring energy, creativity, feminine power, and modern spirituality through a Nordic lens.
Her recent exhibitions include a solo exhibition and EXPAND book sales pop up at BUD Helsinki from October 1st to 31st, 2025, group shows with MONAT Gallery in Madrid, and international art fairs in Paris and Innsbruck (represented by MONAT). Emmi is also represented by Van Gogh Gallery for the Munich and Miami Art Fairs in 2025.
Born in Finland, Emmi spent over a decade living between the U.S. and Europe before returning to the Nordic countryside, where she lives and creates from her home studio — surrounded by nature, raising her two sons and her baby girl. She now travels seasonally across Europe for exhibitions, installations, and speaking work.
